Here are a wide range of yoga classes carefully designed and curated for your mind and bod.

These classes vary from different styles, different targeted body areas and times.

 Twists

Twists are amazing for the spine and the digestive system, there are a whole heap of benefits from incorporating a regular twisting class into your week. I recommend not eating straight before a twisting class to make sure the bod gets ALL of the benefits!

Side Body

Focusing on the side of the body always feels delicious. It helps lengthen and strengthen the body as well as improving your posture.

Hips

We hold ALOT of storage in the hips mentally and physically. There are so many benefits of working into the hips. We all need to release the tightness from the hips and we can do this through a wide range of poses.

Heart

We spend ALOT of our time leaning forwards e.g. typing on a computer. Heart openers are essential for the posture of the body. Bringing backbends into your body will bring huge benefits to your spines, posture and chest!

Glutes

Yoga can be an amazing way to strengthen the glutes through a range of poses and then also stretch the glutes out through hip openers. So great to strengthen and stretch the booty!

Core

Building a strong core is key in a yoga practice. It can help so much with holding poses as well as transitions. Having a strong core also reduces the chance of injury!

Balance

Balance is amazing with how much it improves with time and practice. It helps to strengthen the lower body as well as focus and concentration.

Yin

We live in a fast pace busy world. We all need ALOT more yin in our lives. The benefits for the mind and body are endless. I highly recommend incorporating one yin/restorative class into your weekly schedule.

Flow

A flowy class is the perfect way to connect the movement and breath allowing that natural meditative state to takeover when we are just present in the natural flow of our bodies and movement.

Kids

These classes are specifically designed for children. Making yoga fun and enjoyable for the little ones too!
